Saturday, December 12th starting at 5PM

A free, inclusive, and accessible Winter Ball designed to give everyone, especially those who may not have had the opportunity to attend a traditional dance, a chance to dress up, have fun, and create lasting memories.

Event Details

In collaboration with the UT Tech Accessibility and Disability Resource Center, we are excited to host a free Winter Ball for the community! Join us for an evening of food, games, music, dancing, a silent auction, and a resource fair.

This inclusive and accessible event was created for individuals who may not have had the opportunity to attend a traditional school dance or formal event. Our goal is to provide a fun, welcoming space where everyone can connect, celebrate, and create lasting memories.

Dinner will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.

A dedicated sensory room will be available for anyone who needs a quiet break from the excitement.

Come dressed to impress and enjoy a magical night with friends, family, and community members!

Thanks to the support of our partners, sponsors, and donors, this event is completely free to attend. We welcome individuals of all abilities, along with their families, friends, and supporters, to join us for an unforgettable evening.
