Writes and develops grants, reports, articles, plans, and
correspondence. Ensures that the mission and goals are achieved. Manages
and supervises personnel and fiscal resources. Communicates the philosophy
and values of the independent living movement. Advocate for systems change
at all levels. Actively develops new resources to expand the RRCI services.
Educate legislators, state departments, and disability organizations.

Assistant to the Director in developing budgets and reports
and coordinating office activities. Maintains office records and finances.
Processes Accounts Payable. Maintains personnel files. Processes payroll
including tax payments. Prepares monthly financial reports for Board of Directors.
Reconciles bank statements. Maintains office inventory.

Promotes system advocacy, individual advocacy and individual
empowerment. Develops Independent Living Plans with consumers. Works with all Consumers to learn to be Independent within
the community and in the home environment. Promotes individual Advocacy
and ADA awareness with individual consumers at large. Assesses individual
needs in Assistive Technology and accesses appropriate funding sources

Assists consumers in developing a plan to attain goals which
will enhance the consumer's independence. The Specialist makes assessments
and determines needs for services and works with consumers to achieve their
goals. Support group meetings, peer counseling, community integration and
activities are a few of the opportunities offered through the Senior Blind
Program.

Works with all Consumers to learn to be Independent within
the community and in the home environment. Promotes individual Advocacy
and ADA awareness with individual consumers at large. Assesses individual
needs in Assistive Technology and accesses appropriate funding sources.

Chris Dial - AT Specialist
Assists with assistive technology equipment evaluation and helps impliment the ADA in the community. Writes and
edits the Accessibility Guide. Communicates disability rights issues, including
Americans with Disabilities Act compliance, to the community

Jim Starks - Life Skills Trainer
Promotes system advocacy, individual advocacy and individual
empowerment. Develops Independent Living Plans with consumers. Works with all Consumers to learn to be Independent within
the community and in the home environment. Promotes individual Advocacy
and ADA awareness with individual consumers at large. Assesses individual
needs in Assistive Technology and accesses appropriate funding sources

Responsible for outreach services to areas around Garfield, Beaver,
Iron, West side of Millard Counties. Promotes Individual Advocacy in
the Educational System, such as IEP's and Transition. Educates the community
through presentations on services of Center and ADA awareness. Offers on-sight
surveys for businesses that wish to become ADA compliant. Assists consumers
searching for information and referrals. Offers assistance in finding funding
for assistive technology. Provides Independent Living Skills Training, Advocacy,
Peer Support, Information and Referral.

Outreach services to areas around Sevier, Wayne & Piute & East side of Millard counties. Promotes
Individual Advocacy in the Educational System, such as IEP's and Transition.
Educates the community through presentations on services of Center and
ADA awareness. Offers on-sight surveys for businesses that wish to become
ADA compliant. Assists consumers searching for information and referrals. Offers
assistance in finding funding for assistive Technology.

Melody Joy Dickson
- Receptionist and Media Coordinator
Melody assists anyone who walks in or calls, is the editor of the Red
Rock Review, manages the website and coordinates media for the center. As
media coordinator she helps the committees get the most extensive media
coverage possible for their events and she also helps promote RRCI to the
community.

Jordi Roesti-Drew - Nursing Facility
Transition Coordinator
Advocates for consumers who need resources to leave a nursing
facility setting to live in their own home. Makes sure that there
are community resources available for them to transistion.

Network Technologist - Morris
Cox
Manages the network, keeps the computers running and
virus free. Conducts phone surveys.
